I was born and raised in Greece but my mind always found a way to escape the routine and, sometimes, reality. I don't see myself as a professional photographer, although I studied it. Photography, for me, is the small things in life: love, family, friends, work etc. Nature itself, also, is the photography. Likely, it is the clothes we wear, the jewellery on us, the shoes we walk down the streets. Photography is an art. Being a high school student I started taking pictures of efflorescent trees, wild waves and old houses. I remember myself riding my bike with the sole company of my camera and taking photos of everything that fascinated me. The world through my lens is magical. So this is what I like about taking photographs. They’re the living proof that once, even if just for a heartbeat, everything is perfect.
